I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; who was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, who suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. He descended into hades; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen (Apostles’ Creed).

I believe that the Lord God guides my life, that every moment has a meaning, and that as long as I am breathing I have a purpose in the earth. I believe that the Lord has put it upon my heart to write and has equipped me with the necessary tools to accomplish His purposes (James 1:17). I believe that everything I write should be for the glory of the Lord, the advancement of the gospel, and service to others (1 Peter 4:10-11). 

The Lord is my glory. I will serve Him through every piece of work I make. Amen!
